The foundation to your health starts with a sound and peaceful mind. To holistically nurture your pregnancy, it is essential to implement daily practices that will put you and your baby at ease. This will help all else we discuss in this course to fall into place.​​​​​​​​​​​​

Let's start nourishing our Mamas and Babies with real food, not prenatal vitamins! We've learned over the past few decades that our vitamins and minerals work synergistically with one another in specific proportions and in their natural forms found only in real foods. We'll develop your relationship with food and show you how to get all of the nourishment you and your babe will need!​

Nausea/Vomiting, Heartburn, Constipation, Sleep Disruptions, etc. Sound familiar? Did you know that the most commonly recommended over-the-counter (OTC) medications for these ailments are unstudied and/or unsafe for pregnancy?
We will talk about mindful OTC medication use and show you how to prevent and relieve your ailments through simple changes in your diet that will be safe for you and your baby.
